Each week, we maintain the homes of several accounts that have been with us for over two decades.
During the past several years, we have been responsible for enhancing newly constructed houses for a luxury home builder before they are listed on the market. Many of these homes have even been featured in magazines. However, despite our efforts to seek permission to share the builder's name or the development these homes are in with the public, we have yet to receive permission.
In recent years, people from Maryland, New York (both the state and the city), and even Maine have contacted us for a cleaning estimate, primarily through referrals or by hearing about our name and reputation through the grapevine. We are flattered that referrals account for over 65% of our client list and have essentially eliminated our need for a marketing budget.
Finally, this past September marked the start of our 34th year in business.
