Q: Your fee to clean my home is higher than the cleaning lady my neighbor uses. Why?
There is a good chance the cleaning lady your neighbor hired doesn’t have insurance nor reports the income as she should. Therefore, could charge a very low fee. Having a private cleaning person is just as risky as having no car or homeowners' insurance, and it often ends up costing far more later. Also, if they are injured within your home, you are 100% liable for their medical expenses. Including in part disability payments for as long as they're in recovery (years). Our service fee includes adequate insurance coverage (staff bonded, medical, and property coverage).
More often than not, a lower-priced house cleaning service (janitorial services) sacrifices most of (if not all) the critical framework associated with a business partnership (such as reliability, integrity, proper working equipment, experience, and knowledge on products, and security/safety measures).

Q: What can I expect from hiring your service compared to calling the others?

We train our people to clean the Crystal Clean Maids way. With this process in place, it has allowed us to carry on long-term customer business relationships since satisfaction is being achieved. House cleaning isn't something just anyone can do. We've studied, practiced, and with absolute confidence can turn most challenges into a 'Wow, I didn't think that was possible.'

Q: Who’s coming into my home/office?
We are very picky about who we hire, as well, the people we work for.
All staff is background checked and interviewed a few times. We're also a smoke-free company, and no one employed with Crystal Clean Maids has anything on record to be concerned over. We also have it structured that the same team is assigned to specific accounts and do our very best to avoid different teams/faces coming to your home from the first cleaning on.
In all our years, we have never had an issue that puts anyone (the customer or staff) in harm's way.

Q: Are you bringing other peoples germs to my home?
Great question! No. Our cleaning measures that are in place are highly protective.
We don’t use the same rags/clothes at each job, and our sponges are soaked in disinfected solutions and rinsed well. Our vacuums have commercial filtration, and all of our products are clearly marked. We also wash our hands and gloves after each job. As well, we do not service any jobs where there is human or animal waste, piled up garbage, or bugs.
Upon entering any new job, there is a walk-through visual inspection before (if) we engage. Most other cleaning companies don't have this luxury.

Q: How can I maximize the return on investment (recommendations)?
Excellent question. When we come to clean, allowing us to enter each room without interruption is a BIG benefit for us both (people and clutter-free zone).
It’s also beneficial that in each area we’re to clean, the lighting is good. Counters, sinks, tubs, and even floors are free from clutter too.
In the warm months, we ask that the air conditioner is ON!

Q: How can I be assured my information/safety is in good hands?
First, we would like to say that since 1991, we have never once had any issues of information or safety concerns. The security measures we have in place are among our highest priorities when it comes to these areas of conversation. And they are revisited every so often to see if improvements can be considered.
We also can promise your privacy is 100% safe with us. We never share customer names, addresses, details with anyone in or outside of our business. And our office computers and cellular devices operate under a VPN (ExpressVPN), which is additional security.
Furthermore, our home office has a 24/7 security system, surveillance when required, and customer information is safely secured where only the managers have access. Paperwork (work orders) and keys are in two different areas of our office too.

Q: Can I set a budget and how often I have you come?
Yes! To an extent, that is. We do have a minimum on having us, and we'll always consider any budget we're presented with.
